Due to inclement weather the Book Fest is being postponed for a later date. Please be on the lookout for a new date soon!
Join us at Sudbrook Park & Playground for a fun filled new community event for all ages to celebrate a love of reading, writing, and creativity. The afternoon will be filled with hands on activities including writing exercises and simple book making. Get to know your neighbors by discussing your favorite books and participating in a book swap.
Young readers will love craft stations for bookmark making, a bookish scavenger hunt, and storytelling by our very own friendly neighborhood librarians.
Whether you’re swapping stories, crafting your own book, or discovering new reads, there’s something for everyone. Join us for a day of literary fun and community connection! You can also look forward to cool summer treats like lemonade and popsicles.
